Richard Allen Norris, 69, of South Houston TX passed away in Katy TX on Saturday, September 6, 2014. He was born in Houston TX on April 13, 1945 to Alice “Honey” Norris and Clarence Norris. He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Kimberly and Peter Tremblay; his three grandchildren, Alexander Tremblay, Ashleigh Tremblay, and Collin Tremblay; nieces Anita Jo and Marque’ Barrett; numerous cousins; and all of his Katy Tiger friends.
