Raul Humberto Moreno Segura Sr. of Houston, Texas was called home on July 07, 2014. He was born on July 26, 1940 in Allende Coahuila, Mexico to the late Dimas and Ausencion Moreno Segura. Raul lived a long beautiful life, always happy, always smiling and full of joy and love for everyone. He loved dancing,listening to music and making everyone laugh.
