Dr. JS Millsap, 87, of El Lago, Texas, passed away on Thursday, the 30th of October. JS was born to Martin and Rosie (nee Ford) Millsap in Seminole, Oklahoma, on June 1, 1927. He is survived by his wife, Thamer Sacco Millsap, sister Evah Tate and son James Millsap. JS attended TCU and attained his B.S. from Texas Wesleyan College in 1950. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch, Houston, in 1953.
