Sally Ann Vaughn passed away on May 4th, 2016. She was born in Asheville, NC. Sally was a loving mother and leaves behind four children: Gabriel Vaughn, Leah Vaughn, Nathanael Vaughn and Jeremiah Vaughn. Sally was a paralegal in Oklahoma and served as a missionary to the Bella Tribe in Africa. Sally is survived by three siblings: an identical twin sister, Norma Vick, Charlyne Elizondo and Charles Grice. We thank Charlyne for looking after our Mother who she has cared for and stood by for a number of years. A celebration of life will be held today at 1:30pm at the Blackwell and Vazquez Woodforest Funeral Home Chapel.
