Visitation for Mr. Mendoza will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm in the main chapel of Blackwell & Vazquez Woodforest Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather at Gulf Palms Assembly of God (12400 Palmsprings Drive, Houston, TX 77034) on Saturday, August 20, 2016 for a funeral service at 11:00am. A procession will follow to Houston Memorial Gardens (2426 Cullen Boulevard, Pearland, TX 77581).
