Visitation for Mr. Chavez will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm in the main chapel of Blackwell & Vazquez Woodforest Funeral Home. A rosary will be held at 6:00pm. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Monday, September 19, 2016 for a funeral service at 10:00am. A procession will follow to San Jacinto Memorial Park, 14659 East Freeway
