Mr. Carlos Osorio entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in Houston, Texas. The family of Mr. Osorio will allow a visitation service that will begin at 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Thursday Evening February 23, 2017 with an Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at Blackwell & Vazquez Funeral Home located at 750 Uvalde Rd., Houston, TX 77015. Funeral Services will be on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Historic Hollywood Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
