The family of Rafael Salinas will allow a visitation service that will begin at 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Tuesday Evening March 14, 2017 at Vazquez Funeral Home located at 1805 Huge Oaks St., Houston, TX 77022. A Funeral Service will take place at Vazquez Funeral Home Main Chapel on Wednesday March 15, 2017 at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery at 11:30 AM.
