Vernon Lee Mathews was born on April 11, 1955 to Wilton Mathews and Shirley Williams. Mr. Mathews entered eternal rest in Houston, TX. on August 22, 2017 at the age of 62. Mr. Mathews is survived by his loving family which include his wife Rose Marie Mathrews, children Pamela, Marquise Sylvestor, Jances Simmons, Christopher Mathews and Theodore Mathews, siblings; Pauline Mathews, Jeffery Mathews,Brian Mathews and Darren Mathews Aunts/Uncles; Marie Jordan and Marion Campbell, Grandchildren; Chelsea, David, Caylie, Gabby, Paris, Roman, Joshua and Alaysia and Great-Granchild Lilly. Mr. Vernon is preceded in death by his parents Wilton and Shirley Mathews.
Mr.Mathews family will be holding a memorial service for him at Christian Tabernacle Church (13334 Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX 77049) on August 28, 2017 at 1:00PM.
